The Gift of Surrender

Are you ready to give up?

Tired of shouldering the burden of the world?

GOOD!

No one asked you to take on all that you have taken on. The Divine didn’t. Your
soul didn’t. The people that love you certainly did not, no matter what you say.

You and you alone are responsible for filling your plate too full.

I know. I know. I am a big meanie talking to you like this, but I do it because I love
you.

Three of my private clients and three colleagues are suffering right now with
adrenal fatigue. Many, many more I know are headed in that direction and I don’t
want you to be one of them.

I know you think that everything on your “to do” list is your responsibility. As you
think through everything that has to get done it all feels like it belongs to you. But it
doesn’t. You took it on and you can just as easily give it away.

Impossible, you say?

No, not impossible, my love. The Divine is waiting to take from your shoulders any
weight that has become too heavy to bear. The Divine loves you, but you came with
free will. This means if you’d like Her to take your burden you must ask Her to do so.

You must hand it over.

She loves you.

And there is no burden the Divine cannot handle. There is no weight she cannot
transform. But you need to play your part.

In order to find the peace and ease you are looking for you must Surrender.

Surrender your fears. Surrender your pain. Surrender your burden to Her loving
arms.

If this all sounds good… but you are wondering how exactly to surrender to the
Divine, it is very simple. Write down everything weighing heavily upon your heart
and mind. Every task you cannot get to. Every task that feels hard. Then close your
eyes and simply say:

“Take this, please. Thank you.”

Do it now. The Divine is waiting.

things back is about worrying about them even though you gave them to the Divine.
