Have you been wondering what needs to happen to finally bring harmony and balance to you, your family, or the world as a whole?
Perhaps you feel out of balance personally and can’t seem to right the ship of your inner world.
It may be that you wish there was a way to end this divisiveness you see in your family or community.
I had the privilege of spending some time with Dr. Anita Sanchez, author of The Four Sacred Gifts: Indigenous Wisdom of Modern Times. She shared incredible insight into the answers I know many of us are seeking on our podcast interview here.
As she explained, in the late nineties, the Eagle Hoop Prophecy was delivered to 27 Elders through Spirit, as a gift to humankind. It offered the Four Sacred Gifts that have the power to return us to the right relationship with ourselves, other humans, and the earth itself.
When we choose to receive and act upon these gifts we have the power to create the change we most wish to see in the world.
These Four Sacred Gifts are:
- The power to forgive the unforgivable. Anita shares details that this will allow us to move forward from a place of love. This is so powerful!
- The gift of the power of healing. Each new day brings us the opportunity to heal.
- The power of unity. It’s more important than ever for us to learn to come together and connect with others.
- The gift of the power of hope. Hope is an energy source, and it never leaves us. Energy is infinite and we have access to it always.
Dr. Sanchez has dedicated herself to spreading the teachings of these Four Sacred Gifts throughout the world. I’d love for you to listen in on our conversation on how the darkness we have experienced on the planet was foretold by this prophecy and how these gifts are the answer and the light.

My heart opened to so much of what Dr. Sanchez has to offer us. We are all interconnected. When we hurt someone else, we hurt ourselves. It affects us all.
Hear about how collective hope is bringing new action. We can all be part of making that happen.
Remember that we are all interconnected. There is hope for us individually and collectively. We are all part of creating a vibrant world for all of us. We are all loved, and each of us are needed to share our gifts.
I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!
