What does it mean when you are struggling? The feelings of frustration, fear, doubt and overwhelm mean that you feel disconnected from your Source. When you feel disconnected from your Source, you will also feel disconnected from yourself, your spirit and of course, your intuition.
And, we often judge ourselves for these feelings, especially if we are on the spiritual journey because “we should know better.” What if you just stopped trying to build a better you? What would happen in your life if you just nurtured your relationship with yourself and the Divine?
How do we nurture this relationship with ourselves and the Divine? I suggest stillness and conscious conversation. The more you focus on your Soul, the more the mind ceases to create in the matters of pain and struggle (and that scares the mind). In stillness, we often feel nothing.
There are no words for this deeper connection and nothingness of you. What I can tell you is that this nothingness scares the hell out of people. It confronts our humanity, and we feel threatened of not being an individual. We are afraid that we will fade away. The experience of being in deep connection with your Soul and the Divine is the exact opposite of all those fears.
Only you have the answers to you. There are people and paradigms that help you step into this blissful nothingness of your Soul. Below is an exercise to help you step into the stillness and into conversation with your Soul. Remember, the awareness is not out there…it is within, deeply within the stillness and conversation of your connection with your Soul and the Divine.
I believe connection is the way to deep peace, love and feeling supported…Tools give you the power to know you are safe. Let it go. Be wide awake!
Create a conscious connection with your Soul either by connecting to your Soul Languages or by setting the intention to speak directly and consciously with your Soul (know that when we set the intention, it is done).
Ask your Divine Intelligence to fill your body with the knowing that you are safe in the stillness, and you are safe to be in deep conversation with your Soul.
Now, ask this simple question, “What does my Soul want me to understand fully and completely in this space and time?”
Allow the awareness of this question to surface. If thoughts come up and pull you out of the stillness and feeling safe, just ask Divine Intelligence to fill your body with safety again.
Start by being in stillness and conversation for about a minute and work yourself (if it resonates) up to 30 minutes.
