There is a deep swell of pain and desperation rising up from the earth at this time.
As lightworkers we feel it. We are conduits of it.
What you are feeling now is real. It is real, but it is not yours. Does that make sense?
The emotions you are experiencing are true to the earth but they are not yours to own. As a light worker you are simply processing them. And you are doing a beautiful job. As the pain finds you, you just need to let it move through you.
It is not an easy job you signed on for. I know, dear one.
Just because your job is to be a conduit of the pain, does not mean you are meant to hold onto the pain. Do not spend time examining the pain. Let it go. It is not yours.
You may be feeling that it is “responsible” to pay attention to your social media feeds or media. It is not necessary.
The most effective gift you can give to the planet and your fellow humans right now is to keep your vibration as high as possible.
You do that by choosing love. You do that by stepping away from conversations (virtual and in person) where one or more of the participants simply want to make people feel as angry as they do.
Turning compassion first on yourself and then on others is how you rise above the collective ache the world is experiencing. This does not mean you don’t have a role to play. You have a very important role to play.
It is to be the voice of love in a sea of anger.
It is to see a person’s soul through their pain and bitterness.
It is to forgive. First yourself and then others.
Yours is the hardest role of all, which is why you are surrounded by angels and guides to help you. Speak to them. Ask for their help.
You are not alone.
I’ve heard from many women that they feel lost right now. Is this how you are feeling? Are you confused about what to do next (either in business or life?) If so, stop what you are doing right now and remember who you are. You are LOVE.
Your next step forward is whatever step feels like love. Take that one step and you are headed in the right direction.
Take that step and you will begin to rise above the collective ache on the planet right now. And it’s from your new height that you’ll be able to guide others out of it, as well.
