What happens when we compare ourselves to others especially when we seldom know the real story?
Nothing good comes from “compare and despair” mode.
Patty shares from her own experience. Things like regret and sadness were popping up which isn’t typical. Instead of fighting it, she made the effort to sit with it instead of judging herself.
Letting those uncomfortable feelings be present also means good feelings could show up too. Thoughts of gratitude and thankfulness for my life. All of it. The good, the bad and the watermelon.
