Today is the Winter Solstice, which means it is the darkest day of the year. You can choose to see this as a day 
of letting go. Yes, we are in the middle of the holiday rush but today especially take time to see yourself.
See what is sitting on your heart, holding you back from enjoying your life fully and completely. Today and through the next week offer some very powerful energy for release.
There is a reason religions built BIG holidays around this time of year. It is because dating back to Pagan days we, as humans, intuitively understood the power that comes with the end of darkness.
Bring your inner light fully to the world. Give yourself the gift of celebrating with an open and clear heart this holiday season. Release whatever will keep you from that.
