Phyllis Nichols challenge is that she is looking for easy ways to get more of an audience (and applause -Medium’s version of likes) on a post that’s about settling for less. It’s not really a biz post which is why she went to medium. She received a lot of good feedback when she shared it on FB, but most people wrote a comment on FB and she needs the numbers at Medium to go up so they (medium) will share it for her.

Gwendolyn Gardner challenge is getting noticed so that clients are driven to purchase products via direct to consumers and wholesalers. On average she gets about 4 sales a month on her website. She has a presence on Parents.com in SFA, Boston, and NYC. Family Circle, Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. (To a lesser degree Linked in and Pinterest). She’s out of ideas and wants to know what she is missing.

Kerry Connelly challenge is that she wants to focus on building her platform. She is in the process of creating a podcast, working on a product launch, and some other stuff. She also believes that her platform is truly at a tipping point. How can she ask for what she needs? How can she find the courage she needs to accept the platform and the responsibility that goes with it?

She has no problem with content or the plan of the show – but she’s never done a podcast before and would like it to be known outside of just this community. She would like help with marketing ideas and basic first steps for this type of offering.
