Last week I shared some wisdom from my mom. So many wrote to me to tell me how much those words meant. If you were one of them – thank you!
Among the responses that I received was a reply from my speaking mentor, Gail Larsen, who asked that I share a picture of my mom so you can connect more closely to her (if you choose.)
So here she is! This was at my brother’s wedding about a year before she crossed over.
By the time you read this I’ll be on a flight headed to spend 6 days with Gail in the desert. She has been a powerful influence in my life and I’m excited to see what comes from the next week.
She’s invited some of the transformational speakers she worked with in the past to join her at The Center for Wisdom Healing Qigong in Galisteo, New Mexico.
This is how Gail describes what we’ll be doing:
“Together we will open our hearts to the world, let our broken hearts speak, and claim a new story, individually and collectively — as we stir the transformational cauldron of joy, imagination, passion, community, storytelling, and sacred action.”
Our time together will culminate in a celebration on Holy Fool’s Day – Sunday, March 25th.
In this fourth year of fanning the flame of our spark of madness to ignite change, Gail will be joined by Wisdom Healing Qigong Master Mingtong Gu, Sacred Activist Andrew Harvey and those of us who have chosen to join her from around the world.
