I want to ask you something that’s been coming up a lot lately:

It’s not that you’re doing it wrong.
It’s that your attention has been pulled into the past or future — and that disconnects you from your natural intuitive flow.
The angels call this space the “Ghostlands.”
It’s where regret over past choices, fear about the future, and relentless self-judgment take up residence.
